[Resolved] Zoom Car — cycle number 100467 unlocked mistakenly unable to locate | |||
Hi zoomcar, I was trying to book a cycle stationed at a nearby location but mistakingly entered a wrong number 100467 and eventually trip got started, i am unable to locate the cycle and i am being charged for the ride. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving. The trip is still on and billing meter as well. Please stop the trip. I am unable to stop it. Nov 30, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you PEDL team for solving the issue. Though Rs 23 has been deducted, I am happy the issue has been resolved and the trip has been ended. Please make sure you implement some mechanism so that such type of mistakes in typing numbers can be avoided.
Please Kind of an OTP during unlocking procedure, so that user has to enter it on pedl.zoomcar.com from his mobile before he can unlock the cycle for a trip a double check.
