[Resolved] Zoom Car — damage cost

Unecessary ₹2200/- damage cost lavied on is, just for minute scratches on front bumper.
Booking no. Jps62fk49
Please see the images attached, as i talked to maruti service center there is no fees for this repair.
When i received it was having many major and minor scratches which were tried to hide by some local paint.

Over-all it was done deliberately just to snatch customer amount.

And if not resolved, will be taking this issue to consumer forum, and will spread this word.

Updated by VishalPandey88 This type of behaviour is not at all entertained by customer, zoom has repaired car FREE of cost and not returning my money. I will spread this word wherever possible just to let others about this else you ZOOMCAR will continue snatch our money like this.
