Below is the response from zoom car When i submitted the car there was no damage and i was informed there is damage in the evening almost after 10 hours But they are not ready to refund neither calling to discuss and explain Email below : With reference to your mail, we do understand your concern regarding the booking id: jps64g6zz and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we checked and confirmed with our team that the charges applied to your booking jps64g6zz are genuine and valid. Unfortunately, the charges shall not be reversed or waived off. We did have a check on the damage charges and have validated the same. We find that the damage charges are valid. We are sorry, we will be unable to reverse the damage charges levied on the booking.
