[Resolved] Zoom Car — Delay in processing refund | |||||
I booked zoom car for 1june 2020 and completed the booking on the same day. The bills regarding the refund amount were submitted on the same day and were accepted by zoom car. The status of the refund amount is still showing as pending and they are not processing the same even after many emails and comments on their social media platform. Please note that the usual processing time for refund as mentioned by zoom car is 15 days and now its more that 50 days and there is no update from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
