Zoom Car — Deposit not being refunded by company | |||
Zoomcar swiftly accepted my booking for a car back in May. I cancelled the booking for personal reasons the very next day (31st of May) and after a penalty fee of ₹800 which was deducted, I was promised the balance would be refunded in 24-48 hours. It has been 48 DAYS and there is still no sign of refund. Company is not responding or calling back Was this information helpful? | |||
