[Resolved] Zoom Car — deposit not refunded | |||
I had completed zoom car booking id jps64xb1m about a month ago and even after multiple follow up on phone, email and facebook chat the zoomcar team is not refunding my deposit amount of 2999. The booking was done from zoom car guwahati location and the rental period was from 22 november 2018 to 30 november 2018. After completing the booking i interacted with zoom car customer support team on phone, email and facebook chat and all that the support team has assured is that they will refund the 2999 soon but even after almost a month they are not refunding the deposit amount of 2999 Was this information helpful? | |||

I had specifically mentioned in my complaint that the response you gave (refund shall be processed as soon as possible) is the exact same response I have been receiving for more than a month .
The only response which makes sense when you make your customer wait for over a month is that you have finally processed the refund.
Hope you finally process the refund over the next couple of days else the only option left would be to file a complaint in the district consumer court.
