[Resolved] Zoom Car — did not receive refund yet | |||||
Hi, This is Jayasree from Bangalore. Last month 27/02/2018 my friend had booked a zoom car for 28/02/2018 using my credit card. Amount got deducted but his licence got declined. He was told that money will be refunded within 15 days through the same card which was used to book. Its been more than a month still i dint receive refund. When he contacted zoom car customer care he was told that they will mail him a link which will ask the account number details through which they will refund to the account. But still they did not send any link. This is not a good way to help customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
