[Resolved] Zoom Car — dirty car and pathetic customer support. | |||
I have been using zoom car since a long time now and i had the worst experience this time. My booking is still on and i called the customer care regarding the condition of the car. The car is in extremely pathetic condition. It is dirty from inside and out. I tell this to your cs and i'm being told to get the car washed. I cannot believe how can zoom car even ask their customers to get their car washed? This makes no sense. I'm being told that only if i get the car washed, i'll be given an extension of time limit. This is the most pathetic thing i've ever heard from a cs team. I'm definitely raising this issue to the social media to let people know what kind of service you guys are providing. I have the call recordings of the same as well. Never planning to use zoom car again. There are many other alternatives in the market anyway. Was this information helpful? | |||
