[Resolved] Zoom Car — extension of booking | |||||
I have booked the zoom car for 10 hours duration from 8 am to 6 pm. At around 3.45 pm i extended my booking for another 1 hour till 7 pm. That time i got extended time on zoom car app also and rs. 204 also got deducted from my account instantly. Later while dropping off vehicle at 6.30 pm, got a call that my extended booking got reversed and i have to pay rs. 470. But when i checked with the dropping representative they also showed the message that amount has been reversed due to technical problem not because of me. So i am ready to pay 204, for which i extended my booking for 1 hour not for zoom car mistake and they are charging for late return charge. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Sep 22, 2017 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Adarsh, Greetings! We understand your concern here, however, we see that the extension payment was not done immediately. Hence, the extension was reversed. As the extension was not confirmed and as you have dropped the vehicle post the drop-off time, you are billed accordingly as per the policy.
