[Resolved]  Zoom Car — Extension of time before starting a trip

It's a very worst experience and we recommend not to go for the zoom cars
We booked a car at 2am but by mistake we have captured drop timing as 7:30pm and as we asked immediatly for a remedy with customer care (Karthik) he said to start the trip then we can extend the trip... When we started the trip after that he says car is not available and still if we need to extend we have to pay 19000 rs extra on booking... As per their policy... We communicated with him almost 45min after that his team lead prashanth spoken to us and he also said same story
... After all we thought of cancellation of booking... Then also they said like they il deduct 1300rs... We asked for higher authority to get in connect to resolve the issue so that they can arrange atleast other vehicle for us... As we had a very important meeting that morning we lost around 9000rs due to negligence of the zoomcar
... Later on they says about the policies as they didn't have before...

If they are concerned about the customer

Or else am surely gonna lodge a complaint in consumer court with call record proof...

Kindly don't go for zoomcar friends... Its worse than i think...

We understand our team did reach out to you at the time of booking and informed that you will be unable to extend the booking as the vehicle was unavailable, hence our team requested to start the reservation and try making the extension based on availability.

We regret to inform that we will be unable to process any refund post the booking start time as per the policy.
