[Resolved]  Zoom Car — extra charge taken

I have booked a zoom car dated on 10th of feb in pune.. My drop time was 6pm but i have extended the drop time to 8pm but the app didn't show me any payment required to be done for the extended drop time. Zoom car app showed me that my drop time has been extended but when i went to drop my car at 8pm, the zoom car person said me that i have an outstanding amount for late return. When i enquired about that via mail and telephone the zoom car representative told me that the app will show the extended time period for 15min if payment is not done. But i have taken the screenshot of the app at 7pm which still showed me the extended the period of 8pm..
I am attaching the screenshot and it's details for your reference. Please do the needful and refund my money back.

Greetings!

We understand your concern here.

We did check and we have reversed the late return charge and we have charged as per the extension made. For the refund, the amount has been initiated through IMPS. Please note, a link has been shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account on the website and then click on the link. On the landing page, please add your bank credentials and submit. The refund amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account or you can log in through the app. Navigate to your completed bookings page. Under the respective booking, you shall find the option "Get refund". Click on the same and add your bank credentials. Once done, within 24 hours, the amount shall reflect in your bank account.

I did not received my deposits of 4500 which i paid at the time of booking
they have have commit ed to refund in with in 48 hours but i didn't received till now its been 2 months .
Even i tried to contact to there customer service as well but didn't got any solution.
