[Resolved] Zoom Car — extra payment charged | |||
Hi Team, Although I have 49 Rs monthly subscription plan and as per plan, I can use the pedl cycle for 1 hour daily.Few days I enjoyed that service but now whenever I start a trip, money is deducted each time. Don't know why is this happening.I have mailed [protected]@zoomcar com and they responded in few queries but now they are not responding. Worst service they are providing here in Kolkata and due to this I have seen people damaging their cycles in frustration and problem that you are creating by doing this.
