[Resolved]  Zoom Car — extra payment charges deducted even after having pedl monthly subscription

I had subscribed to pedl monthly plan of rs.49.

1st day i got free ride for 60 mins.
After the 1s day every subsequent day till date, app is deducting extra money from paytm wallet even after having free minutes of day left.

Kindly find attached screen shorts for more reference.
It illogical having a pedl subscription and we have to pay extra money for it even after having free minutes for the day left.

Today also i have faced the same issue. At start it show you have 60 mins left and after ending trip it directly deducts money from patm wallet and again shows a message you have 60 mins left.

If there is an glitch in you app it need to be fixed, why everyday we have to face this issue.
On top we cant raise a complain from the app there is no proper support centre for such kind of issue.
I already have mailed regarding this to zoomcar but haven't received any response from past 4 days.

Its request to kindly refund the amount back and similar issue has been face by one of my friend.
Its difficult to raise such kind of issue through ur app as there is no option to do.
Kindly provide a dedicated support for such kind of issues.
