[Resolved] Zoom Car — false cleaning charges levied. | |||
I booked a zoomcar for 16 hours on 9th of september and i didn't receive the car in a clean condition and i returned the car in almost the same condition, obviously when i returned it had some dust because of driving in a rainy season. I was charged rs. 1000 for the same, when i called the customer support they asked me to upload the video of the car at the time of receiving it, which i did. Still my issue is not resolved. This is completely wrong, i didnt receive the car in a clean condition and they expect me to return it in a washed condition. Was this information helpful? | |||
