[Resolved]  Zoom Car — falsely charged outstanding amount

This is about my experience booking with zoomcar my booking Id was JPS6B9ZRS
i have booked the zoom car from pune and i had paid the initial amount at the time of booking that is 10, 000 due to some of my personal emergency i had to go bangalore and i have asked zoom car at the time of booking that i will submit my car in zoom car bangalore station they said ok you have to paid more 10, 000 INR as the droping the vehicle at different location i agreed then they have confirmed me on phone that i have to pay late fee and late charges extra that is like[protected] not more than that i agreed because i have some really personal emergency situation i had booked the car at14 July and i had dropped the car at 15 july night at the zoom car hub without any delay and i had paid the late fine that is 10000 more in my given time and after some days i had no idea about that i got the mail regarding your outstanding bill is 99, 000 i was just shocked to see that i had call their customer representatives more than 6 time everytime they say the same our special team is working on it and after that the bomber i got the NOTICE that they will sue and all and i have called one more time they said the same that they said 6 times before i mean if i should know that this much amount they will charge i would have dropped the vehicle myself but they gave me assurity that they will not charge more than 5-7 k but they have charged me 79, 602 INR for that means i can’t believe this i can buy a new secand hand car in this price they are all just fraud pls don’t ever use zoom car . it is very serious matter take this in consideration and look at this matter otherwise there will be a literally big issue.

Please note if the vehicle dropped off in a different city, you will be charged 10000 as a penalty with the late return charge every hour until the vehicle reaches to the original location. Hence, you have been billed accordingly. However, we see that our team is working on the above escalation raised. The update will be shared as soon as possible.
