Booking id: jps62jfho This is regarding a booking made last month. I would like to point out your horrible customer service. The executives sitting in your offices are clueless as to how a business is run. At this rate, zoomcar doesn't have a lot of good years left ahead of them. So i booked an i20 elite, but was handed a maruti swift instead. The car was in horrible condition with lots of dents. Interior was dirty and covers were stale. Our car was supposed to reach us at 2 am. Zoomcar happily called us at 3 saying car is not available, and sent that dented swift at 4.30 am. We were already 2.5 hours behind schedule at this time. My friend who picked up the car, drove from indiranagar to koramangala, bangalore, distance of 5km. After which, the car stopped working, and didn't even start. We called up your customer care, and they assured us help will reach us within half an hour. This was at 6 am. We found a zoomcar parking lot nearby. With help of 4 more people we literally pushed the car to the parking lot. We spoke to customer care and they asked us to wait for 15 mins to get a callback. We did not get any call back. Hours went by and it was 1 pm when the technician finally came and checked the car. This was after making at least 30 calls, and speaking to your good-for-nothing manager, ms. Saima sahar. After each call, all your untrained customer executives could say was, sir please give us half n hour. At this point we were 11 hours behind schedule. The bookings we made at our hotel we're cancelled and we had to rebook. The refund of which also we did not get, thanks to your brilliant service. Funniest part, the technician said he had no idea our car was stranded. Apparently, your good people at zoomcar don't communicate with each other. I don't know if you hire educated people or just pick up random people from the streets to fill your office chairs. So after losing 12 hours, 15k booking amount, we finally started our trip. Story doesn't end though. Upon our return, zoomcar had promised us to refund our money since they gave us a different car. But being the smart people that you are, you put a glass accusation on us for bumping your already dented car, and did not even refund us any money. So cheers to your absolute waste of a company. Word of advice, shut it down. At this rate, you will never make it. Firstly, i would like my refund back fir the car switch. Second, i'd like to see some sort of compensation offered to us because of the delay you caused us. If this is not done, expect a legal notice from our lawyer withing a few working days.
