[Resolved] Zoom Car — faulty vehicle on the road complaint (disgraceful) | |||||
I took the service from zoom car on 2nd july 2018. It was a pathetic service i have ever scene in my entire travelling across india. This was the first and last time when i took the service from zoom cars. While coming back to the city from nandi hills it broke down and it has burning smell from the car and there was a water leakage as well. Earlier we thought it could be because of the rain but it was not. I called the so called support which was not helpful at all. I wasted my 4 hours sitting on the cab and that too when the sun was top of my head. They kept on transferring the call from one to another and it took 4 hours to toe the vehicle from the place. We were 4 people in the cab and out of them 2 were girls and we were in the middle of the highway. No water no food and ultimately we got late for the office and left a very important meeting. I do not know what kind of service they provide to their custoemers and who is going to pay for the amount of that cab we booked from our place and the time we spent on the car. At the end the service desk they never called and we were following up on the query. Pathetic service support and truely a time waste using your services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
