Booking id jps6bj2n9 was booked for a trip at 3:30am of 10thapril2019. I have been trying to cancel the booking since 3:25am, but the ivr doesn't help in cancellation of the trip. When trying to cancel from the app, it is giving error. After an ordeal of 15mins, while trying to reach out to them from facebook messenger, they replied that cancellation charges will be applied, as cancellation will be done post start of the trip (Note: i, customer, never agreed upon starting the trip).
