[Resolved]  Zoom Car — forcing customer to lose money

Booking id jps6bj2n9 was booked for a trip at 3:30am of 10thapril2019. I have been trying to cancel the booking since 3:25am, but the ivr doesn't help in cancellation of the trip. When trying to cancel from the app, it is giving error. After an ordeal of 15mins, while trying to reach out to them from facebook messenger, they replied that cancellation charges will be applied, as cancellation will be done post start of the trip (Note: i, customer, never agreed upon starting the trip).

Greetings!

We did go through your concern. Upon checking, we find that you wanted to cancel the booking post the booking start.

Please note once the booking starts you will not get an option to cancel the booking. In case of a cancellation, the refund for the same shall not be processed.

Therefore, no refund has been processed for your booking.
