Against this booking i have an charged an outstanding amount of 2200.
This car was picked up on saturday and returned back in 2 hrs to the same location as it was unfit to drive. A full refund was authorised by divankar who is the supervisor for the breakdown and accident team.
I booked a car today for pick up ac 12:30am and the outsbadiny shows up on my account at 12:
Spoke to several agents one of them is prashant (Csa. Now) asked for supervisor to call me back/ he said one hour wait (It’s 12:30 now time for my pickup) but i have the wait for my call.
2:38 i call customer support back and they give the call to a floor supervisor. The same prashant, who was a agent has now become a supervisors and is taking the call.
When he was an agent he tells me that i have to pay 2200 because then provided a services
Then he confirms that the service wa shot provided but i still have to pay or wait for 24-48hrs for some one to call me back. And during this wait time i will not have access to any other car including the on going trips.
The whole call is recorded and also sent to my legal advisor.
This is fraud!
I need divankar to any hired employee under the serving title of a manager in papers to call me:
