Zoom Car — fuel reimbursement issue with zoomcar

My booking no. Is jps6x7nh4. I have booked zoomcar on date 21st july 2019 and while i have received the car the fuel tank was empty so i have refuel it and go but after returning the car customer care told they will verify the bill and initiate the refund within 24 hours. I have uploaded 3 bills but by mistake i have deleted one bill so i have to mail it to zoomcar. But verification and they initiated only 2 bill amount and told me that they will process 3rd bill within 24 hour's but it's now more that 36 hours they are still saying me to wait for 24 hour's and the behavior of zoomcar customer care is too rude. They behave like they are donating money to me or i am begging to them for money. I am really very much disappointed for this i never expected that zoomcar will do this to there customer. Even car was not maintained properly.

I really don't what's the problem with M/s Zoomcar India pvt. Ltd., Are they playing with customer or customer care thinks we are beggars

I have refueled the vehicle 3 times of amount Rs.1000, Rs.2000, Rs. 2500, Total amount 5500 but i have received only Rs. 4760 excluding extra kilometers i have drived.i have paid extra km charges but they are saying they cannot refund the remaining amount but as said by Zoomcar customer that they will refund full fuel amount after completing the booking.

Then why your customer care informed me that they will give full amount. I have asked Zoomcar customer care and they told the fuel consumption is normal and Scorpio and i can refuel it if required.
