[Resolved] Zoom Car — i am complaining about my refunds from zoomcar | |
I need to file a complaint against zoom car india pvt ltd, a rental car company based in bangalore. I have cancelled my few car bookings and even after 65 days the refund amount is not yet credited. I followed up many times to zoom car but nothing has come out. I am attaching below details for each booking for your easy reference; Email communication Credit card statement (Highlighted in yellow color) Zoom car payment statement Zoom car booking cancellation invoice There are total 5 refunds around inr 6.8 lacs are awaited from the company and even after continuous follow up it has not been refunded back. Now i have doubts about the company's intentions, currently i am working in dubai and seeking your needful action in this regard. Request you please help me, now it becomes a mental harassment to me. Upon checking, you have raise the charge-back request for the transaction which you had made and the charge-back has been closed under the customer favor.
