Zoom Car — i have completed my booking on 31st may but not yet refunded still

I completed my booking on 31st may by 4.00pm and it's been a month but not yet refunded. I could reach out the customer service regarding this querie and those who i have reached haven't respond properly.

I want to know the current status of my refund process and what to know when this thing will get refunded.

This was a worst service ever provided by any of the network ever.

I would very grateful if someone look over this issue and solve it as quick as possible and reach me out from your end
