I completed my booking on 31st may by 4.00pm and it's been a month but not yet refunded. I could reach out the customer service regarding this querie and those who i have reached haven't respond properly.

I want to know the current status of my refund process and what to know when this thing will get refunded.
This was a worst service ever provided by any of the network ever.
