[Resolved]  Zoom Car — i have subscribed zap but not delivering the car not refunding.

Hello,

I have made the booking for zap subscription on zoom app and subscribed to ford free style on 12 may 2020, since then i am awaiting for the delivery of car. Then i have requested for refund as they failed to deliver the car.

They are not even refunding the amount of 28882 which i paid for the booking.

I have send multiples mails on which they simply reply to wait for 5 to 20 days and same reply even after 20 days.

Could you please help me to get back my money.
