[Resolved]  Zoom Car — I haven't received my refund its been 20 days since my trip has been completed

I have booked my car on 29january and the car number being ts07uf4923, which was picked at 1 pm from plot no 502b, road number 31, jubilee hills, hyd-500033 from this location on the same day. They were supposed to refund me rs.2935 and diddnt even dont respond to calls and have to call a lot of times, worst experience ever and never want to book using zoomcar again... My booking id is jps6fy50d... The car they have alloted for me also had a lot of problems and brokedown in the middle of the journey... I think the government should take action on this issue and shut down their future processes if they are not transperant and legally driven and resolve all the illegal money trafficking done by this website and take intended action needed to stop this fradulent scams done on common people like us... If we are supposed to pay late fee charges and other extra unnecessary charges then what is the company liable for and responsible for, it should also reflect the same what it potrays...
