[Resolved] Zoom Car — I haven't received my refund yet. | |||
I had booked a zoomcar on the 17th of march, 2019 at around 9:00 a. M. I had booked it for a period of 7 hours, 10:00 a. M to 5:00 p. M and had to cancel because of an emergency that i had to look into. I was charged ₹3532 + ₹500 as cancellation fee. It’s been more than two months now and i haven’t received my refund of ₹3532. I have sent many emails asking for my refund but no response as of yet. Please review this and return my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
