[Resolved] Zoom Car — I haven't yet received my 5000 security deposit refund | |||
I booked a zoomcar a month ago, and i was supposed to get ₹5000 security deposit back. Now this zoomcar app shows that the booking is settled but i haven't received any refund from their side. The customer care helpline number they're providing with is useless, no one's there to solve my issue. Even on mail i'm getting computer generated responses. This is a fraud company which as a record of scamming innocent people for no reason. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 11, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 25, 2020 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Aayus, Greetings! We are sorry to inform you that the refund was not processed. Upon checking, we see that the refund was not released due to a technical glitch. We have rectified the same and released the amount through IMPS. You can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the mobile application under the respective booking ID post 24 working hours. Regards, Appachu Zoomcar | |||
