[Resolved] Zoom Car — I unlocked a wrong cycle but trip not ended | |||
As the scan was not working so i have wrongly unlocked another cylcle. Have immediately informed customer care through apps and they asked me to send cylcle number and phone number so replied immediately. But they have not done anything or ended my trip. The trip is not ending and they are charging me from last 3.5 hrs. Also called customer care but they said can't help with pedl. Worse customer service i have seen. Nither i was able to ride with a new cycle nor they ended the trip and it's charging. Its 480 acre shaporji complex in kolkata new town so impossible to find the cycle still tried like a fool. The technical problem will always be there but need little efforts from customer care. 720 complaints only registered but actually there are more than 10, 000 in real.
