[Resolved] Zoom Car — id:jp6 blue 5 zoom car cleaning charges unreasonable | |||
I had booked a car on 21 Apr 2:30 pm. When I reached the location there was no car for almost 30 minutes. The customer care official told me to wait for for 30 more minutes till he makes some calls. Finally I received the car on 3:45 pm which was already dirty from the outside and inside too. Today after paying almost 5000 rs just for half day o[censored]sage I received an additional 1000rs amount due as cleaning charges. This is nothing but theft on the company's part. Will never use this service again. I am also unable to talk to the zoomcar cutomercare guy as the call gets disconnected every time i select the menu. Was this information helpful? | |||
