[Resolved] Zoom Car — i'm complaining about refund that need to be processed on 13 july but still not processed. | |||
My booking with id - jps6bvmp2 on 15 june. The refundable deposit of 2999/- need to be processed by 13 july itself. But its not reflected yet. I've mailed the same 5 times to the help and support section of zoomcar and even unable to contact to customer care. This is really not acceptable from zoomcar. We understand your concern here and we see that the refund amount is already processed to the source account, however, we request you to kindly wait till August 1st and share the bank statement for the month June 2019 till date in a PDF format through the contact us form option in the app/website for us to validate the same.
