[Resolved] Zoom Car — improper refund | |||
I had booked zoomcar on 12th december 2019 and the total amount for the booking was 4064/-, which was to be paid upfront. After payment, i received mail from zoomcar stating that the license is declined stating that it is not for lmv. As zoomcar did not accept it, it led into cancellation and they deducted 50% amount without any fault of mine. They should have done the verification prior to my booking and shouldn't have accelerate the booking if the license is not valid. And if they cannot accept the license, they are not entitled to charge me any money. As this is complete fraudulent case, request you to look into it and help me getting the complete refund.
