[Resolved]  Zoom Car — inconvenience fee

I have booked swift at on zoom car app from 22nd may 10:00pm to 23rd may 10:00 pm, and on 23rd i wanted to extend my booking till the next day so i did and paid the extended booking charge, the second day too i wanted to extend my booking and i did and paid the excess amount and on 25th may 10:00 pm i returned my car and the app showed that the trip was complete and no outstanding amount to be paid. To my surprise i could see an outstanding amount of 5296/- for my booking and when i saw the payment summary it shows that 5000 as inconvenience fee and for what god knows.! Seriously a bad service and when i call to the help and support the call gets cut automatically in between. If this is the situation then i would recommened all my collegues not to use zoomcar application.

Greetings!

We are sorry to know about the discrepancy in the billing. We did have a check and see that the lost documents fee levied is invalid. Hence, we have reversed the charge.

Also, the vehicle was not dropped off with the given fuel which was present during the start of the booking. Hence, we have levied the charge of 296, the charge is valid. We regret we will not be able to reverse the charge.

I am writing to you for claiming refund for Booking ID JPSN7RE4N. Car no. HR26CM1485

Reason: Initially AC was not working, then car broke down. I called up zoomcar agents 50 times but no resolution was provided. They just said you will get a call back but no one called back. I was travelling with girls and was standing in the middle of the road at midnight but no assistance was provided. This is a perfect example of pathetic services from zoomcar.

I called customer care from the location where the car broke down but still no help was provided to me. I had to myself arrange for that after wasting 2 hours waiting for the "CALLBACK".

I could have left the car at that point only, but I being concerned got it carried to the pickup point. And now they have levied an unnecessary charge of Rs 8000 and saying clutch plates are damaged.

How the ### can just 15 kms of drive damage the clutch plates??

Hats off to the biggest self drive car company for providing such disastrous services to their customers.

Kindly provide me complete refund of my fare of Rs 2200 Rs 2100 towing charges Rs 1000 diesel charges at the earliest.
