[Resolved]  Zoom Car — incorrect damage fee levied on car booking booking id - jps6xo e8

Charged an additional rs 4000 as damage fee when no damage was done on car during our rental period.
Car already had few damages on lower left side as reported before booking.
Don't understand why additional rs 4000 is being charged on the account.
We returned the car safe and sound within timeperiod with pictures provided at return.

We are sorry to know about the discrepancy in the billing. We did have a check and see that the charge levied is invalid. Hence, we have reversed the charge.

I reside in indore (m.p)...on 25th july 2019 around 16.30 to 17.10 one of tata tiago zoomcar bang my swift dezire parked in front of my house parking...and now no one is replying..even zoomcar owner and zoomcar customer support is also not taking any action...please help or else i will complain in pmo office delhi...
