[Resolved] Zoom Car — incorrect outstanding amount | |||
I have rented a car with booking id jps6bvicm. I dropped car 9 minutes late and i received a email from recovery team to pay 24000/- inr. This is not correct and these charges are not valid. I have received email from zoomcar to make payment of 24000/- within 5 days and i am not liable to make that payment for 9 minutes delay. Please consider this on high priority and get me resolution as i never received any notification until this email and message on same day. Was this information helpful? | |||
