I booked a self drive car from zoomcar, my booking id was jps6nrxpv, for which i paid an advance booking amount of inr 5, 676. Due to reasons the booking was cancelled by them at that particular moment, when reached to the customer care, the executive told me to wait as the refund has been initiated and he provided me the details via mail as well, also it was told by then that the amount will be reflected in my account by 4th of march itself, even after the commitments from there side, it has been more than a month and no amount has been transferred to me, the company is fooling me around, and no one is answering to my query, kindly resolve this issue please Was this information helpful? | |||||

but hiw will i be assured if you dont provide me the same assurance over the mail itself.
Its easy to say that the issue will be resolved on tjis consumer complaint platform, let the people and consumers see how good you stand in terms of providing the same in over the mail in writing
