[Resolved] Zoom Car — invalid damage charges for i20 in bangalore | |||
I booked a vehicle from zoomcar, when i returned the vehicle there was no damage, it can also be seen from the pictures i attached after returning but i was charged 4000. Even after multiple emails i am not getting a reply, they sent an image initially which just show scraches which according to there site should be charged only 1000. We did check the booking and see that the front quarter panel was damaged during your reservation. Hence, we have levied the charge, the charge is valid.
