Zoom Car — invalid penalty | |||||
We (11 friends) booked for a car via ZoomCar from Bengaluru for a weekend trip. They provided us 'Scorpio' car(KA 51 AA 6721). We have inspected the car with the checklist provided through their app. The app resulted that the car was UNFIT for the trip. But ZoomCar site executives convinced us that the car was in good condition and proceed the booking. We started the trip but the car broke down even before we reach our destination in a remote area where we couldn't have an opportunity to get help. We were struck for more than 6 hours and Zoomcar didn't provide any road-side assistance for the same and the whole day was ruined. Also, they have threatened us to pay a fine of Rs.10, 000 without even respecting customer's voice and also they didn't provide any valid proof for the same penalty imposed. CUSTOMER SAFETY IS NOT THEIR PRIMARY CONCERN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ROAD-SIDE ASSISTANCE Please refer the attached screenshot for the proof o[censored]NFIT car delivered.
