[Resolved]  Zoom Car — invalid penalty of rs 10000/-

I booked grand i10 on 7 august 2019, i returned the car safely and after 2 hours at night around 10 pm i got an email that i have done damage, and the damage was not clearly mentioned, and i am charged with a money of 10000 rs. From my side there was no damage done, when i tried to know the damage i called customer care and they were telling that there is some internal damage done by me. But i was conform that there was no damage done by me so went to the zoomcar office of my city (Bhopal) there i get to know the the mobil chamber is damaged, but this is not possible because i drove the car around 180 kms... Without mobil how is this possible. When i tried to talk with that person he was just ignoring us, he was not listening to any of my words. When i told to him that show me where the damage is... So he told me that i have changed that part and now it is being repaired. As he he is trying to make me fool, he also told that everyday that car gets damaged by everyone who takes a ride on that car and he changes that damaged chamber after every ride... Means along with me other people who drive grand i10 are also fool.
I just want to say the there was no damage done by our side and it is not at all possible without a jack to check that chamber whether it is damaged or safe.
So please check that your executive who has been given charged at the bhopal office is cheating the customers and the company too... And please refund my refundabke deposit of 5000/- as soon as possible, and after writing this after 48 hours of the incident.
