[Resolved] Zoom Car — issue with refund

We have used zoomcar last week and during our journey the frontend right tyre was in very damaged condition and the stephanie trye also in puncher (3 place in same tyre) state. We consult with support and backend team based on their confirmation only we have changed new tyre and spent our 4k our own money. Since it's more than 1 week over and still the refund amount we haven't received.We are continuously call to zoomcar customer support everyone is asking 24hrs time but nothing will be happen.Kindly take immediate action and start the refund process

We are sorry to know about the vehicle condition. We did check and see that the maintenance refund has been initiated through IMPS. We have escalated the matter to the concerned team to act on the escalation raised. Please note, we are working on implementing new features to ensure that our vehicle conditions are well maintained.
