Zoom Car — Late delivery no customer support and worst customer handling the employees are rude and least helpful | |||||
I booked my zoomcar on Friday by Rohit Lohia (JPS6V3JP4) I was asked to pick my car at 11:30 from Gurgaon I reached there and had to wait for an hour to get my car as they told me the car went for refueling while it was standing in front o[censored]s we got the car we were told the car was ready we got it with the AC of the back side were not working fine. We finished our journey came back went back to give the car and had to again wait for the Car to be returned as there was no one to acknowledge as after about half an hour two guys came and the checked the car. We were told about the tolls and taxes we had to pay on travelling while on our way back to delhi we faced a problem with local contractors and were asked to give a penalty of 1100rs we called the people to ask and confirm about the problem and to rectify it but there was nothing they did the guy on the call was rude and just told to see what we can do and solve it ourselves we tried calling customer care but no response the guy on the call just backed off. We have to give fine of Rs 800 and we have given all the toll tax that were on our route. Zoomcar being a brand name should not be so arrogant towards the customers I opted for it cause I thought its a brand name and will provide good service but no luck there the only thing we got was disappointment.
