[Resolved]  Zoom Car — looting customers

I booked a pedl on the 8/28/2018.in this pedl i could not end my trip although i was on a working pedl station. I notified about the issue to the team and the assured me that i'll get the refund of rs. 3 which had been accured extra. Again i booked a pedl on 8/30/2018 and tried ending on the same station, i stood an hour just to end my trip but failed to do so. I had read that if the cycle is locked at a working station for 10 mnts inactively it will automatically end my trip. So i thought it will end as previous. But it didn't end and i was being charged for the whole day. Same morning i notified your team about the issue and they asked me some details like cycle number mobile number and city. I provided them everything but later that i did not get any response from the team. I mailed 3 more times about the issue but no response.in the evening i saw that the trip was ended and i will have to pay rs. 96 for it. I was shocked. Is it really happened with me? Guys seriously i was very disappointed that day. The very moment i uninstalled the app and wrote a review on the playstore. Honestly the service you are providing is should be praised. But the only thing you should do about is making ending trip smooth. It takes hours to end a trip. People has no time for waiting team. Please do something. I don't know if i'll get any positive or negative response or may not also. But please there is some need of changes in service. Please do the needful.

I wrote to them several times, but there is no response from the other end.

How many times should I write to you? I have wrote many times after getting the same reply as above from your end. You guys don't take my concern seriously and no response yet after that.
