[Resolved]  Zoom Car — lost a product

Booking ref-jps6xqofc (5/8/19 to 7/8/19)
Hi
The car i booked against above booking had a lock issue. Even after assuring all doors are locked or not whenever i use to return back from work the driver side door lock was always open. Seems like they had auto-lock failure due to which someone stole my sunglasses from the dashboard.
I conveyed the same issue to their manager in charge at pick up location to which he asked to complain online.
I have raised a ticket over call and on email as well to which i haven't got a relevant reply.

Greetings!

Upon checking we see that the vehicle does not have lock issue and the vehicle is in the reservation and we did not find any complaint about the lock and unlock. Also, we have not received any complaint during the reservation. Unfortunately, we will be unable to do much here.
