[Resolved]  Zoom Car — misguiding website and cancellation charges due to that

I had booked the car with zoom car on 06/02/2018 in bangalore, while booking the website displayed the car as automatic transmission and later the support confirmed it is manual transmission. Unfortunately i am not used to manual transmission cars.

On contact the support did not get proper response and i was told i will have to pay for 50% of booking charges due to no fault of mine. Attaching the screenshot of the website displaying the car as automatic.

Lock doesn't open even the trip doesn't end. I lost money and time. Customer care service is the worst.
