I had made a zoomcar booking on august 2, and paid rs. 5957 in total for the same. The booking was cancelled later and i got a message saying refund will be initiated shortly. After waiting for almost a full month i complained to the customer care and got the refund on september 27th. For some reason today i get a message from my bank saying rs.5957 has been debited from my account, and upon inquiring it was treated as a wrong reversal of cash and zoomcar has taken back the refunded money. This is ridiculous and i don't understand why this happened.
The customer service of zoomcar is one of the pathetic ones that i've seen. It's been weeks since i've already given an email id and there has been no response.
