[Resolved]  Zoom Car — money debited twice, refund not processed.

On 30 april i received a call from zoomcar rep to purchase their new "supermiler elite" thing, i told okay.
While making the purchase, money (₹999) from my card was debited two times.

It's been more than a month i've not received the refund, on call support guys tell to wait for 24hrs and promise a callback but no one ever calls back, i had to persistently call them for updates but no response.
Moreover half the support people seems clueless about the thing "supermiler elite" 😂

I've attached all the relevant screenshots.
Please help.
