Name:- Abhishek Tiwari Place:- Chennai Booking id :- JP6NO1EA Booking Date:- 15.02.2020 VEHICLE:- Tata hexa 7 seater Journey start date:- 25.05.2020 10.00am Journey end date:- 28.05.2020 09.30am Amount :- Rs. 16323. Dur to Covid lockdown i cancelled my booking on 01.05.2020 thru zoomcar app in my mobile. The apo is showing refund of 16323 pending since 01.05.2020. After several emails, tweets i did not get any response from ZOOM Car. I am mentally and financially stressed due to this. Its a big amount for a middle class person like me, also my company has reduced salaries so i am suffering financially. Was this information helpful? | |
