[Resolved] Zoom Car — Money not Refunded since more than a month. | |||
It has already been more than a month and zoomcar is not refunding amount nor answering phonecalls related to refunds. Refund of ₹2562 is pending since 13th june 2020. I'm in urgent need of money due to the current pandemic situation and the zoomcar support is not even replying to the mails and queries even in the contact us section. They listed a broken down car in the first place and had no other option to cancel and refund full amount that's also their mistake. Please value your loyal customers and don't do this in the current situation. Money really matters. It was a nissan kicks and my booking id is (Jps6nphez) dated on 13th june 2020.
