[Resolved] Zoom Car — Money stuck as a refund | |||
I had booked a car with zoomcar Booking I'd-JPS6NYHZC on[protected], travel period 2-7-2020 to[protected], but I had cancelled it much before travel date on[protected]. According to policy refund must be given within 7-10 days, but after 70 days I didn't get my refund.I had filed a complaint in National Consumer Helpline docket I'd[protected], after waiting for 1 month NCH agent told me to file a case in consumer court. On 20th August I had sent a legal notice to them( attached below) but no response from zoomcar.Please refund my money within 2 days Was this information helpful? | |||

According to policy refund must be given within 7-10 days, but after 45 days I didn't get my refund. I had already lodge a complaint on consumer affairs. Whenever I used to call customer care they said wait for 48 hours and now it's been more than 45 days I am loosing my patience. From yesterday I am not able to connect with customer executive because they have removed their IVR selection for that. Now I am really worried about my money. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
