[Resolved] Zoom Car — my deposit and fuel bills are not refunded after the period of the said deadline. | |||
I have taken a zoomcar on[protected], bearing ref id jps6nj1nm and paid an amount of rs 5067/- in which rs 3000/- as a security deposit and also a fuel bill of rs 1000/- as extra, my refunds was supposed to be initiated on or before[protected] but it wasn't happend and after contacting zoomcar through help feedback it was told that refund will be initiated on or before[protected], but it still not reflected. Verified Support Mar 01, 2020 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Chalavanth, Greetings! We are sorry as you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund was not released due to a technical glitch. We have rectified the same and released the amount through IMPS.
