I am disappointed from zoom car office and customer care service because my refund is not completed i am waiting from 45 days... I am booked \a swift car mai i'd is jps6bs7jk it's not completed why sir ur not responding properly costumers it's ur duty nooo... I am really dissapointed to take a service in zoom car. Verified Support Jul 23, 2019 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Shiyaz, Greetings! We are sorry as you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the rear quarter panel was damaged during your reservation. Hence, we have levied the damage fee, the same has been captured from the security deposit.
