[Resolved] Zoom Car — my security refund not made to me instead asking for 13039 outstanding and make a fake bill asking me to submit late fee too | |
I had subscriber a car first they deliver it very late in poor condition car then after two months i ended the subscription along with 23000 pentely now they had to reverse me 10000 my security in march till 10 march instead of refunding this zoom team asking me to deposit another 13000 as outstanding along with late fee of 300 per day this invoice is fake and zoom team is saying they made it by mistake and now they want to forfeit my security in this 300 rs per day pentely... Instead i shall get my security amount along with late fee and intrest too on that amount.. Daily they mentally harnessing me and repeated calling about to deposit outstanding as previous i clear all outstanding on 9 feb 2020 then why late fee and why mental harassment i supposed to get from them.. I had given two months bank statement to them.. Daily they ask something different now they want three months but i decided to move to consumer forum please help me.
